Inconel 625 Coil Supplier, Stockist and Exporter
Table of Contents
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Inconel 625 coil and slit strip (N06625, Werkstoff 2.4856) to ASTM B443, AMS 5599 and AMS 5869 from Mumbai, to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets.
Thin 625 strip is bellows material. Expansion joints in exhaust and process ducting, aircraft bellows and flexible hose convolutions are formed from it, because the convolutions flex with every thermal cycle and 625 combines the fatigue strength to survive that flexing with corrosion resistance to the condensate that collects in the folds. In heavier coil it lines flue-gas desulphurisation equipment.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
Annealed 625 strip runs around 830–965 MPa tensile with yield above 415 MPa, and it forms well enough in that condition for deep bellows convolutions. Because it is strengthened without heat treatment, a formed and welded bellows keeps its properties as made.
Industry Applications
Why Inconel 625 coil
A bellows fails by fatigue at the root of a convolution, often helped by corrosion from condensate trapped there. 625 strip resists both: it holds high strength in thin gauges, and its molybdenum and niobium resist the chloride and acid condensate in exhaust and process ducting. Buying in coil keeps the gauge and surface consistent along the run, which matters when every convolution is formed from the same strip.
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Aerospace | Bellows, exhaust ducting and thrust-reverser parts formed from strip. |
| Industrial | Metal expansion joints and flexible hose convolutions. |
| Pollution control | Flue-gas desulphurisation liners and stack components. |
| Marine | Formed parts and sheathing in seawater service. |
Testing and Certification
Coil is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis, mechanical properties and temper, and can be certified to AMS 5599 or AMS 5869 where the order calls for it. Thickness and width are checked against the order, and positive material identification and third-party inspection are available under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
