Incoloy 800

Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Incoloy 800 as sheet, plate and round bar, from Mumbai, India, with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates.

Incoloy® 800 (UNS N08800, W.Nr. 1.4876) is an iron–nickel–chromium alloy — nickel 30-35%, chromium 19-23% and iron 39.5% minimum — that resists oxidation and carburisation at temperature without the cost of a fully nickel-based grade. Aluminium and titanium at 0.15-0.60% each stabilise the structure. It is the general-purpose member of the family; where creep strength above about 600 °C is the requirement, 800H and 800HT are the grades to quote.
